I have been in love with neons lately! I just did neon fading like this about a month ago but I wanted to do it again lol. First I put two coats of white nail polish with SinfulColors- Snow Me White, then I sponged on the neon colors. I used China Glaze- Yellow Polka Dot Bikini, American Apparel neon- Neon Orange, SinfulColors- Summer Peach, Color Club- Warhol and SinfulColors- 24/7 and thats going in order from my cuticle to free edge. Over that I put one coat of Ruby Kisses- Snow White. To do the Cheetah print I used black acrylic paint with a detail brush.
