Some of you may be wondering why did she paint dinosaurs on her nails? or maybe you can't tell some of them are dinosaurs and were wondering what they were lol. I did these because on the 13th it was my nephew's 2nd birthday! I can't believe hes already two! Some of you might remember last year his birthday theme was Yo Gabba Gabba so I did my nails to match that and you can see those here! and excuse my uneven nails, I used to not care about that and messy cuticles now I really can't stand either hahahaa. Anyway for these nails I used acrylic paint to do the dinosaurs and a couple different colors for the background. First I painted them with two coats of American Apparel- Mannequin then I mixed that with Essie- Hot Coco and sponged it on. Then I went in with Hot Coco to darken up some spots and to add a little bit of shimmer which you can't really see in the picture but it is there lol I sponged OPI- Peach-a-boo in some areas. And by the way I just want to mention I think the dinosaur on my thumb has a broken neck... and one leg might be a little longer then the other.. but it just adds character, right? :P Thanks for reading!!(
