Fashionable Friday! two colored flowers

Its Fashionable Friday which is where I post the first Friday of the month showing how to do a design for Maryanne her blogs are on the side so you should go check her out she is amazing at anything crafty! So thank you for letting me do these posts for you! Today I am showing how to do these flowers they are two colored flowers and on my ring finger I added a little design.
First put a base coat on your nails then paint a base color I choose a pink which is one coat of SinfulColors- easy going and then two coats of Sally Hansen complete salon manicure- shrimply devine.

Next I made five dots you could use a bobby pin or a tooth pick if you wanted I used a white nail polish which was SinfulColors- snow me white.

Then I put smaller yellow dots next to the white dots but a little more into the flower. If you are using a bobby pin put more nail polish and pressure on the bobby pin then opposite of you want smaller dots. I chose a yellow which was Sally Hansen Inst-Dri- lightening.

Next I dragged them into the middle with a tooth pick but you want to make sure the dots are tacky so by the time you do your one hand, with both colored dots it will be ready to drag.

Then I chose a color to go in the middle which was Borghese- belissima rose

Lastly I added a swirl design on my ring fingers using two Stripe Rites that you can get at Sally's Beauty Supply but you can use Acrylac paint with a really small paint brush, or you could try a tooth pick. Also If you have an old eye linner brush that could work.

Make sure to add a top coat to make the nail polish last longer and keep it nice and shiny!

The center of the flower is SinfulColors- snow me white. hope you like it and thank you for following I really appreciate it! =)

yellow fading into pink with a flower

This was tough to get a good picture of these bright colors so I did my best. First I put one coat of SinfuColors- snow me white, Which was also used for the flower petals and the yellow and hot pink is also SinfulColors- 24/7 (pink) and unicorn. I just used the nail polish brushes to blend it and it made an orange color so it looked like it was fading. The orange for the center of the flower is NYC Long-Wearing nail enamel- times square tangerine creme. hope you like the bright spring time nails. =)

Art Deco

Today I just felt like doing a fun design with a dark red so I just did random lines with dots. First I put one coat of Essie~ bold and beautiful and then one coat of China Glaze~ sugar plums. The white and silver are Stripe Rites and the black is an Art Deco. SinfulColors~ snow me white was used for the dots with a dotting tool. I also put a little bit of glitter which isnt even noticeable but its Santee nail art~ white glitter.

Cherry Blossom trees with a Bee

Spring design again! Today I painted Cherry Blossom trees then on my thumb I put a little bee. The blue is like the sky which is Piggy Polish- blue me a kiss then the brown for the branches is Kleancolor- dark brown using a detail brush. To do the flower I used a dotting tool with SinfulColors- snow me white and then in the middle of the clusters I used Maybelline wet shine- pink crush and then to just highlight the middle I used Wet n Wild wild shine- flirty rose creme. To do the bee the yellow is Ulta salon formula- sun-sational and the black is Art Deco- black. The wing is the same white but to separate the wings I used Kiss nail art paint- soft blue.

French Tip Manicure with big gold glittters

Ehhh, this design didnt work out how I wanted it to but its ok not to bad... I am going to have a better design up later though! I used two coats of Sally Hansen Maximum growth plus- sweet tulip then to do the tips I used SinfulColors- snow me white. Then Where the white tip ends I sponged Klean Color- gold shimmer and then I just wanted to place a few gold hexagon glitters but I didnt realize how densely packed Milani Jewel FX- gold was so I just ended up putting a blob there. I really like this glitter though and it reflects the light really well! So the more I look at it the more I like it but its not the best as said before, but I hope you like it!

Spring scene

Today im going to show you how to do this spring scene on your nails.
First paint your nails white then over that paint almost your whole nail blue just leave a little space at the bottom, this is optional I just like the way it made the grass look. The blue I chose was SinfulColors~ fly away, the white was SinfulColors~ snow me white.
Next do the grass your going to swipe your green detail brush across your cuticle and dragging it up, but not to far up. I used an Art Deco~ bright green
Next I did the clouds to do that I ripped a little piece of a make up sponge off and I used tweezers to use it. Then I dipped it in the same white polish as I used before just dabbing it in a line.
The dots in the grass are flowers to do that I just used a stripper which is a Stripe Rite~ bright yellow color and the pink it Kiss nail art paint~ beach pink.
Lastly I just put a sun on my ring finger with a dotting tool. First I put a white circle and to do the rays of the sun I just used the yellow Stripe Rite because it is very pigmented, but the yellow in the middle is Ulta salon formula~ sun-sational.

Hope you like this spring scene, I did this because tomorrow is the first day of spring which I am so excited for! Here are a couple more pictures...

St. Patrick's day shamrocks

Happy St. Patrick's day! Last night I painted these shamrocks for the background color I used a franken polish. Its just a like green with a bit of a blue tone to it. Then to do the grass I used an Art Deco- bright green and to do the shamrock I mixed SinfulColors- HD nails and a 2 way nail art pen and brush its like a mid-tone green. This was inspired by A day in the life of Dollface and Deez Nails. I hope you are having a fun St. Patrick's day!

St. Patrick's day rainbows

I am only going to be doing one other St. Patrick's day design but here is the first one which is a rainbow on all my fingers then on my thumb which has a pot of gold  and a rainbow coming out of. The green is SinfulColors- HD nails and then I put SinfulColors- green ocean which is a glitter. To do the gold on all my nails I put dots of Piggy Polish- gold for it! and on top I put an Art Deco- gold glitter. Then to do the rainbow I used a white base for the colors so I used Rimmel French white tip PRO- french white nail tip liner. Then to do the actual rainbow I used Art Deco's- red, bright orange, bright green and magenta I also used two Strip Rite's- sky/bright blue and a bright yellow color.

Then I put about 3 little lines with a Stripe Rite- black but then I covered them a little bit with a Kiss nail art paint- soft purple.

Purchase of The Day!

I am going to start doing Purchase of The Day's when ever I get something I really like/really excited about or when I got a deal on something, today I got a deal on this 50% off at Walgreens all the Kiss stuff. I got the set that has the soft purple, beach pink and soft blue it also comes with (which I didnt know about even though it says it on the bottle) two different types of french tip guides and some rhinestones! There are 14 guides in each rows and there are 3 rows which comes out to be 42 guides of the 2 different types not being combined. There are about 84 rhinestones varying in size. (dont forget to click on the picture to enlarge it)
Originally the price is $6.49 I believe, and because it was half off I got it for $3.49! If you go now it will probably still be available since I got it today! The brush is thin like any other striper.

There is the brush compared to my nail, and the brush compared to the bottle to see how long it is. I hope this helps at giving a closer look to what the Kiss nail art packets are like!

Purple glitter fading

I did a glitter fading effect with purple glitter. First I put one coat of SinfulColors~ snow me white then I put one coat of Savvy fc (femme couture)~ knightly armour. Then I put Fantasy Makers confetti~ glamour and I sponged Klean Color~ sparkle purple. Then once that dried I put the Savvy color back over it all. Hope you like it!
