Turquoise Shatter Over Checkers

I am not sure what the problem is and why this barely shattered. Its not thick I put it on thin just like every other shatter and OPI has worked the BEST in the past so I dont know the problem. My nails were smooth I put a thick coat of top coat over the glitter so it was completely smooth and dry. This is what it looked like..

Weird huh.? Ill have to try it one more time over just a plain color but I swear it was completely dry and smooth! (=

  1. Which top coat did you use? Sometimes I've heard they have trouble with going over topcoat, but I've never had a problem :/

  3. I use NK Express finish top coat I love it! It dries so fast and is very shiny!! Thanks for telling me that I will have to try it again just on a regular color with no top coat.
